We initially used the Emma mattress…

FAQ
- I am looking for a spare part. What do I have to do now?
If any part of your bed is damaged or broken, please contact our customer service team to get the spare parts delivered to you in no time. Please attach clear a picture of the damaged part or specify the missing part using the assembly instructions as reference.
- If I assemble the frame the wrong way, does this voids my warranty?
Yes, incorrect assembly will invalidate your bed’s warranty. But we do include the tools and brochure you need with your delivery, so this shouldn’t be an issue. The Ottoman is designed to be assembled within an hour
- Does the bed come with a mattress?
It doesn’t, but you can always add one of our award-winning Emma mattresses to your purchase. On the configuration options above, just click on "yes" for "Add a mattress" and choose which mattress you want to add. The mattress will be delivered together with the Ottoman bed frame.
- How should I clean my bed frame?
Carefully vacuum or brush to remove dust. Wipe with a non-abrasive damp cloth or papel towel if needed to remove stains, ideally as soon as they occur.
- Will I be able to easily get the packages into my home?
Your Ottoman bed will arrive in 3 packages between 18-38kg each, (3 if you ordered a headboard).
- Do I have to use the Emma mattress for this, or would another mattress be okay?
You can use any mattress or topper if you’re after the box spring effect. But for the best sleeping experience and all-around support, we recommend Emma mattresses.
